Como monitorizar os seus níveis de glucose no seu Garmin

Se tem diabetes e um Garmin, a app CGM Connect mostra as suas leituras de glucose diretamente no pulso — com seta de tendência, gráfico e integração com mostrador.
Day 77: How to Track Your Glucose Levels on Your Garmin Watch
If you have diabetes and a Garmin watch, having your glucose readings on your wrist is genuinely useful — no fumbling for your phone during a workout, no interrupting what you're doing to check a number. It's just there.
Here's how to set it up.
The CGM Connect app
The easiest way to get continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data on your Garmin is through the CGM Connect app in the Garmin Connect IQ Store. It's free and supports most major CGM systems including Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, xDrip+, and others.
The app's creator has put together a clear setup guide for each supported CGM — once you've installed CGM Connect, follow the instructions specific to your system to link the data source. It typically involves connecting through an intermediary app on your phone that bridges the CGM to your Garmin.
Sharing data with watchfaces
Once CGM Connect is running, you can also toggle the data-sharing option in its settings. This lets compatible watchfaces display your glucose data directly on the watch face, so you don't even need to open an app to check your reading.
One watchface that supports this well is Titan. With Titan, you can display:
- Your current glucose reading
- A trend arrow showing whether your levels are rising, stable, or falling
- A mini graph of the last few minutes of readings
- A timestamp of the last received reading, so you know the data is current
Why this matters for training
For athletes managing diabetes, knowing your glucose trend during a workout is critical. A sharp downward arrow mid-run is a very different situation from a stable reading — and having that information on your wrist without stopping to pull out a phone or sensor reader can make a real difference.
